Privacy Policy

We collect account information you provide (email, authentication identifiers), report intake content (role, skills, optional resume, optional current compensation), and usage data needed to operate the service.

Intake data is used to generate your Free Wind Check and Full Market Fit Report. We use aggregated, de-identified signals to improve modeling. We do not sell your data.

You can replace or delete your saved resume and report preferences at any time from Account Settings. Current compensation is optional and is not saved unless you explicitly opt in. To request full account or data deletion, contact support from your account and we will action it within 30 days.

We use Stripe for payments, Lovable Cloud (Supabase) for storage and authentication, and US Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS/OEWS) data for wage benchmarks. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
