Refund & Cancellation

You can cancel a Pro subscription at any time from Account Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that, no further charges occur.

If a Full Market Fit Report fails to generate due to a system issue, the credit is returned to your account. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support within 14 days for review.

Purchased and bonus credits stay in your account until used. Subscription credits reset at the end of the billing period. CareerWinds uses expiring credits before non-expiring credits so you get the most value.
